About Clodagh - Founder of Align with Clo

Hi, I’m Clo, a Chartered Physiotherapist with a Master’s in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science. I’m passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies through movement, rehabilitation, and evidence-based care.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in professional sport across Australia and Ireland, supporting athletes and individuals in recovering from injury, improving mobility, and enhancing overall performance and wellbeing. Through this experience, I developed a deep appreciation for the powerful connection between movement, strength, rehabilitation, and long-term health.

Alongside my musculoskeletal physiotherapy background, I have completed Women’s Health Training Associates (WHTA) Pelvic Health Levels 1 and 2, as well as advanced pelvic health training with Dr Melissa Davidson. I currently work full-time as a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist in Wānaka, New Zealand, where I primarily support women through a wide range of pelvic health concerns including postpartum recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, bladder symptoms, pelvic pain, return to exercise, prolapse management, and core rehabilitation. I also work with men experiencing pelvic health concerns, helping support recovery, function, and overall wellbeing.

I founded Align with Clo to create a supportive and holistic space where people can access expert pelvic health guidance, movement-based rehabilitation, and evidence-based recovery tools. My approach combines physiotherapy expertise with the principles of Pilates to help rebuild strength, restore confidence, and reconnect people with their bodies.

Alongside education and movement-based support, Align with Clo also offers carefully selected pelvic health and recovery products designed to support individuals throughout their rehabilitation and wellness journey. From postpartum recovery and pelvic floor rehabilitation to pelvic pain and return-to-exercise support, my goal is to provide trusted tools, guidance, and resources in a way that feels approachable, empowering, and evidence-based.

Whether you are navigating pregnancy or postpartum recovery, returning to exercise, managing pelvic floor symptoms, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to move and feel better in your body, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I believe rehabilitation should feel empowering, approachable, and tailored to the individual — not overwhelming or clinical.

At Align with Clo, my goal is not only to help people recover, but to help them thrive through education, movement, and long-term wellness.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward feeling aligned, strong, and confident in your body.
